Article I. AUTHORITY AND TITLE  

In accordance with applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations of the State of Georgia, and as established through the local governing body, McIntosh County does hereby exercise the power and authority to review, approve, and disapprove plans for the subdivision of land within its unincorporated limits that show lots, blocks, or sites with or without new streets or highways.
